Marit has extensive experience in leadership development in both private and public sector. She has specialised in coaching one-on-one and relationship coaching for teams or groups. Coaching is all about enabling leaders and co-workers to fill their positions and pursue their institutional and professional goals. It includes topics like good communication, reducing stress and gaining balance in everyday life and at work. Conflicts are inevitable in healthy organizations. Marit has a framework and tools that will help your team gain new knowledge from difficult situations.

When Marit coaches she helps the clients define their visions and goals. Then she checks out how a realization of visions affects their roles, their colleagues, their customers and products. Action is always important and exploring of the resources at hand, gives the client at great inspiration to make plans and forward action.

When coaching groups and teams she communicates with the team as a «system,» a living dynamic organism that has characteristics that transcend those of any of the individual members. In this way, the team itself is seen as a body with spoken and unspoken rules, vision, ideas, blind spots, expectations, and even moods.

International Experience
Fluent in Norwegian (native) which also covers Swedish and Danish. Fluent in English. International working experience from assignments in Jerusalem, Palestine 1995 – 1996, free-lance work for Palestinian Housing Council, Norway Business House and Cooperative Housing Foundation.

Travel Preferences
Marit is based in Oslo, Norway, and can cover all Nordic countries, including Denmark, Finland, Iceland, and Sweden. Most of these capitals are located 60-90 minutes from Oslo.
