Inge Steensland has a Master of Science degree in physics and IT from the University of Oslo. He has studied in the US with a Fulbright scholarship and has a diploma in Management Development from North European Management Institute. He completed his training as coach in 2003 at The Coaches Training Institute (CTI).

Inge started his carrier in IBM, and for 15 years he held various management positions in sales and marketing interrupted by 3 years as Management Consultant in The World Health Organisation (WHO) in Geneva. The last 2 years of his IBM carrier, he became manager of IBM Nordic Marketing Centre in London. Following 3 years in management of an upstart IT-company, Inge was recruited to Aftenposten as Director of IT and Organisational Development. After 3 years he joined The Performance Group (TPG) which is a Norwegian based consulting firm specialising in management development and strategy implementation. To day, Inge runs his own consulting firm.

In summary, Inge has management experiences from both Norwegian and international businesses particularly through his 15 years in IBM, his US education and also from local (TPG) and international (WHO) consulting.

Inge has completed the base modules of the CRR training programme «Organisational & Relationship Systems Coaching» (2007) and will attend the NLP Practitioners Programme at the Interaction Consulting Group during 2009/2010 to become a certified NLP Practitioner.

Inge is, during summer, an eager runner and bicyclist and a cross country skier during winter. He also likes fresh and salt water fishing.
