Anne Helene started her career in 1983 as a systems engineer and product specialist in IBM. Her main areas of work were customer support, training and projects in large systems environments. She has also worked as a freelance translator and project manager for IBM for some years.
A keen interest in personal development and communication inspired Anne Helene to pursue a new career path in 1991. The following years she attended an extensive number of courses in self development, communication and body oriented therapies, also undergoing therapy herself.
In 1994 Anne Helene started a therapy and self development centre in
Oslo together with a group of other therapists. She played a central
part in running the centre until she left in 2006. Her own practice has
gradually shifted from therapy to coaching over the years. She works
with individuals, couples and groups, and also gives lectures, courses
and workshops.
Many years of working with clients have given Anne Helene deep insight into mental and emotional processes and the value of having a holistic perspective. She is experienced in empowering people to acknowledge their personal strengths, become more conscious about what is motivating and meaningful to them, and take responsibility for their own development both personally, at work and in their private lives. Anne Helene celebrates when people succeed!
When not working Anne Helene enjoys family life with her husband and two daughters. Running gives her inspiration and recharges her batteries.
Motto: «Be yourself. Go for what you believe in. And let others
